About these terms
These terms cover your use of nextsteprenovate.com, which is run by Next Step Renovate LLC (“Next Step Renovate,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Quotes and estimates
Requesting a quote is free and doesn’t create a contract or obligate you to hire us. Any price we discuss through this website, by phone, text or email is an estimate until we both sign a written agreement for the work. That written agreement, not this website, sets the terms for your project, including price, schedule and any warranty.
Information you send us
When you send a quote request, you agree that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share any photos you upload. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our services
Service descriptions on this site are general and may change. We don’t do roofing, plumbing or electrical work in-house; when a project needs them, we coordinate with outside professionals. What is included in a specific project is set in its written agreement.
Photos and content
Project photos in Our Work and Before & After are from our own job sites. Photos marked “Example photo” are licensed stock images that show the type of work. The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Next Step Renovate LLC or its licensors. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse this website. That includes sending spam or false requests through the quote form, trying to access parts of the site that aren’t public, or trying to disrupt or overload it.
Other websites
Links to other sites, such as Instagram, are for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty for the website
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. This doesn’t limit any warranty given in a written agreement for work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Next Step Renovate LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page.
